Results & how to use Sublime neck cream

How long does it take to see results?
Most women start to notice a smoother, more hydrated neck after a few days of consistent use.
For visible improvement on neck creases and firmness, plan on using the cream daily for 4–6 weeks.

How often should I use it?
Use Sublime once or twice a day:

  • Morning on clean, dry skin

  • Evening as part of your night routine

Massage the cream upwards from collarbone to jawline with the built-in massage roller head.

Can I combine it with other anti-aging products?
Yes. You can use Sublime with a gentle cleanser, serum and SPF.
If you use strong active ingredients on your neck (retinol, acids), introduce Sublime slowly and monitor how your skin reacts.

Safety, skin types & ingredients

Is Sublime suitable for sensitive skin?
Sublime is formulated for normal to dry and mature skin, with hydrating and soothing ingredients.
If your skin is very reactive, we recommend:

  1. Doing a patch test on a small area of the neck for 24 hours.

  2. Starting with once a day and increasing gradually if your skin feels comfortable.

Which skin types can use it?

  • Normal to dry skin

  • Early signs of aging (“tech neck”, fine lines)

  • Mature skin with visible neck creases

Oily or acne-prone skin on the neck can still use Sublime, but should start slowly and avoid over-layering heavy products.

Key ingredients & what they do

  • Peptides (including Hexapeptide-8): help soften the look of neck wrinkles and support a firmer-looking skin.

  • Hydrating ingredients: support moisture and comfort so the skin looks smoother and more supple.

We currently ship Sublime to:

  • USA

How long does shipping take?

Typical delivery times are:

  • Canada: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • USA: 4–10 business days after dispatch

Is delivery tracked?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is processed.

Will I pay customs fees?

  • Orders shipped within Canada are normally not subject to customs duties.

  • Orders to the USA may be subject to local import rules depending on order value and destination.

Returns & issues with your order

What if my parcel is damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged or you have an issue with delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel, with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the parcel and product

  • a short description of the problem

We’ll review your case and work with you to find a quick and fair solution.

Do you accept returns if I simply change my mind?
For hygienic reasons, opened skincare products generally cannot be resold.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.

We review each request individually to stay fair and reasonable for both sides.
